Challacombe-Double room which has a superb view over the village. Luxuriously appointed en-suite bathroom with an enormous bath and separate power shower. Colour television.

Swincombe-Double room with a view that looks out towards Swincombe. This room has a large, well appointed bathroom with oversized bath and power shower over. Colour television.

Swincombe-Rocks Adjoining Swincombe this offers an ideal family suite. Normally a single room, but can be used as a twin bedded room for children.

Radworthy-Twin bedded room which has an excellent view of the village and the fields. Colour television and an en-suite shower room.

Chapman-A double bedded room with en-suite shower room. Similar in style to Radworthy also with a colour television.

Yarbury-A large family room with a double and two single beds. En-suite facilities with bath and separate shower cubicle. Colour television.

Ilkerton-A large twin bedded room featuring two arched windows overlooking the courtyard. There is only one step into this room and it has an en-suite bathroom. Colour television.

Kipscombe-This is a double room with an en-suite shower room. Colour television.

Moles Chamber-A large family room with one double and one single bed. A ground floor room suitable for wheelchair

Children 14 years and under £18.00 B&B/night, when sharing parents room or suite.
Cot £8 per night. Single room supplement £12 rising to £16 in summer school holidays.
Walkers baggage transfer £20 per journey.
Well behaved dogs are welcome in the Challacombe, Swincombe, Moles Chamber, Ilkerton and Kipscombe rooms.
One dog is accommodated at no charge, for two dogs in the bedroom there is a one off charge of £6.

A 25% non returnable deposit of the bed and breakfast value is required to confirm your booking, cheques should be made payable to Twitchen Farm. If no deposit is received within 7 days of making the booking we will cancel the reservation.
Arrival time is normally between 5pm and 7pm, but you are welcome to arrive at any time with prior notice. Departure normally by 11am but again this can be varied by prior arrangement.

The Old Station Inn (8 minutes) A large family pub, offering reasonable food at a very good price. In the winter they often have a promotion two meals for the price of one.
