Our car park is off road and secluded. If you are a group and wish to use the art studio which overlooks Lea Brook, please ask when booking if this is available (at an extra cost). The Art Studio is a 20 ft x 30 ft wood building with tables and chairs (seats 15 people with own "fold away" table), drinks facilities, fridge and has its own toilet.

We serve traditional hearty English food with full and half board available. Special diets by arrangement. We can also provide special dinner/house parties, ably assisted by guest Chef, Andy Baston.

We have 4 double bedded en-suite rooms and 4 twin bedded en-suite rooms (one has a bath and shower) and one family room which has a double and 2 single beds with space for a put up bed and cot. The family room has an en-suite corner bath and shower. All rooms have tv/video player, towels, hairdryer and drinks tray provided with liquid soap and shower gels. We have a large lounge with a woodburning stove, large tv/video/dvd player, a selection of books, videos and dvd's for guest enjoyment and music centre. We offer a BBQ by arrangement with gazebo if needed. We have a table and chairs to sit out and soft captains chairs for groups.

The property can also be hired on a self catering basis sleeping 20 - 26 people. There is private off parking, gardens, all en-suite rooms, large sitting room, separate dining room, and fully equipped catering kitchen. A BBQ and gazebo are available on request. Catered evening meals are also availabl.e for special occassions so everyone can relax! We use locally sourced, free-range and organic ingredients wherever possible and pride ourselves on producing delicious, hearty food. Call or email to check availability for self catering.

Bed and Breakfast Prices:

£70 - £80 per night (£35 - £40 per person) based on sharing a double or twin en-suite room with full English breakfast. Single occupancy rates are £55 - £60 per night, depending on dates of your stay. Prices for children vary depending on age, please call for details.

Self Catering Prices:

Sleeps 20 (+6). 9 en-suite rooms (4 double, 4 twin and 1 family room plus sofa beds), dining room, large lounge, kitchen and gardens. BBQ available by request.


5 - 7 night stays from £400 per night

3 - 4 night stays from £500 per night

2 night stays from £600 per night.

Terms and Conditions:

We require 25% non-returnable deposit to secure your booking. We accept cheques or credit cards and payment may be made over the telephone. All monies are non-refundable and non-transferrable in the case of cancellation. Please if in doubt get your own travel insurance.
