The apartmentis situated in the Universal area of Kato Paphos only a short walk from the Harbour, many busy shops, bars & restaurants which cater for everyone.
There is a kiosk next door & another opposite, a DVD rental shop & taxi & car rental shop within a 100yd walk. There is also a Bus Service pick up point outside the apartment complex.
There are two communal pools - one for children - with toilet & shower facilities in the pool area.

Places to visit include the Aphrodite Hills, which are set in the midst of carob & olive groves near the town of Pissouri & The Secret Valley.
The Troodos mountains can be reached easily by car. It is possible to ski & snowboard in the morning & go down to the beach for the afternoon., to enjoy the water sports which include scuba diving, jet skis, banana boats & paragliding.

The Troodos Mountains rear up to 1,951 metres above sea level at Mount Olympus. You can ski here in the morning & be down at the beach in the afternoon enjoying the sun & watersports.
There is a Bird Park just outside Coral Bay, which is a 15 minute drive.
