There is a lovely communal pool just yards from the property. In the village there are two tavernas, a restaurant, 2 small shops, a bank, bakers shop, everything you require to have a thouroughly relaxing holiday. Open plan lounge/kitchen, dining table seats 6 people. Two bedrooms, one double and the other a twin room. Lounge has two double leather sofas one converts into double bed. There is bathroom with shower. We have a balcony of the lounge and one of the bedrooms, in the lounge you will find tv, dvd player and sattelite box. All rooms are fully air conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, oven, hob, kettle, toaster and microwave. All furniture solid oak, all mattresses on beds are orthopedic.

The main bedroom at the front of the property has a double bed and fitted wardrobes with two bedside tables and lamps, there is a patio door leading out to balcony/veranda with lovely views. A safety deposit box has been provided in this room.
The seconds bedroom at the rear of the property has twin beds, bedside table and lamp with fitted wardrobes and mountain views.
All bedroom furniture is made from solid oak with orthopaedic mattresses on beds.
A hairdryer will be provided for occupants use.
Lounge
Open plan kitchen/lounge area with a dining room table and chairs to seat 6 people. Double patio doors leading out from the lounge onto large balcony with mountain views. There is solid Oak furniture throughout. There is a television and DVD player in the lounge with a selection of music and films for your use and a Satellite television receiver is provided. There are two large leather sofas, one of which converts into double bed.
Bathroom
The bathroom is well equipped with bath, shower, WC, sink and mirror.
Kitchen
Consisting of oven, halogen hob, large fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. There will be an Iron and iron board provided, and all cutlery, crockery, pots and pans and everything you would expect to find in this well equipped kitchen.

The apartment has air condition units throughout which can be used as heaters in the Cyprus winter months when it gets a bit cooler in the evenings

Car hire is recommended. Driving is on the left hand side of the road and all road signs are the same as back home. There is a bus service from the apartment into Paphos and taxis are available if required.
Directions from Paphos Airport
Turn left out of the airport and stay on this road for 4km. Upon reaching the ‘T’ junction turn right for 1 km. After 1km turn right at the Mandria sign which will take you through orange groves on the left and vines groves on the right, and into the apartment square.

There is a grocery store, bank and homemade ice cream shop all within walking distance from the apartment. What more do you need to enjoy typical Cypriot life? The apartment is situated near two international golf courses the nearest of which is The Secret Valley golf course. It's a mere 5 minute drive away. The golf club is a place where you can relax, have a meal or a drink and sit back and enjoy the beautiful views.

The nearest golfcourse is The Secret Valley Golf Course, is a highly prestigious golf course located by the renowned area of "Petra tou Romiou", the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite, the Goddess of love. It is set in a scenic valley surrounded by mature trees and beautiful natural rock formations. Consistently appearing as the preferred course amongst the island's visiting players in terms of sheer playability and enjoyment.
Tsada Golf Club
Tsada Golf Club is the oldest course in Cyprus and has a sort of rustic feel to it, with fairways that are more natural than manicured running through fruit orchards and vineyards. It's a pleasant course where accuracy is more important than length - though the sloping fairways mean you'll play precious few shots off a flat surface. Set 500m above sea level, there are lovely views of the coastline and Paphos town. An enjoyable course for high and low handicappers alike.

Skiing
REALLY! you can Ski in Cyprus. Where else can you enjoy skiing in the morning and sunbathing by the pool in the afternoon.
