1 twin bedroom is lovely and light with both window overlooking the pool and out to sea along with the sliding patio doors onto the balcony. A large wardrobe provides plenty of hanging space and draws for clothes and a safe is fitted within the ward robe for your valuables. A ceiling fan / light adds comfort for those warm nights.

The living room have 2 bed settees with roll out bed under one giving sleeping for 5. There is a ceiling fan / light as in the bedroom for comfort on warmer days / nights, satellite TV so you can keep up with your favourite programmes, dining area with table and chairs and patio doors leading onto the balcony. The balcony has table and chairs for al fresco dining and to sit enjoying the views and sunsets as the balcony faces west.

Notes to the rental rates
These rates are for 2 guests and further guests are charged at £30 per person per week. So for example 4 guests for 1 week in August is £310. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the reservation and the balance is due 4 weeks prior to departure. Long lets are available at a discounted rate.
The costs include linen and towels which are changed weekly or depending on length of stay. There are 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel per person provided weekly.

Depending on your luggage arrival in the terminal you can be in the apartment in less than an hour of landing. It is only a 15 minute transfer from the airport at approximately 20 - 25 Euros by taxi. On the complex there is an air conditioned restaurant where buffet and a la carte meals can be ordered. There is also a bar for evening use, pool bar and games room with consoles. It is on the beach side of the motorway so no long walks up to the 'Alto' area. So car hire is not necessary but if you wish to travel further afield then is readily available.

Just outside either side of Laguna Park 1 are restaurants and bars. Just a short walk about 100 metres is the San Eugenio shopping complex which houses duty free and tourist shops, barber/hair dresser and a large supermarket with food and drink at excellent prices. Restaurants and bars, some with themes and entertainers abound and many offering big screen TVs for those all important football matches that many don't want to miss. At Puerto Colon you can wonder along the front, view the yachts in the marina or book a trip on one of the whale and dolphin watching trips. Also there are many excursions to Loro Park or Mount Teide. The water park for a days enjoyment is just across the motorway.

Laguna Park 1 is well located for restaurants and bars for eating and music. It is a very short walk to find any of these. Also just across the motorway is the Aqualand Water Park while the free Siam Park bus picks up across the road.
There are many other parks to visit eg Jungle Park and Loro Park. These you can visit through tour companies who offer pick up service or you can be indepent and visit yourself.
