There is a large swimming pool and sunbathing area with sunloungers, all within the grounds. On reaching the apartment there is a patio area with table and chairs for your own personal use. There is a spacious lounge with a 3-seater sofa bed (for a third person) and separate armchair, 32' flat screen Sat TV with DVD/CD player, dining table, chairs, coffee table and a ceiling fan. A breakfast bar leads to the well equipped kitchen area, where you will find a full oven, 2-ring hob, microwave, fridge/small freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, iron, and all cooking utensils needed for a self catering holiday. The bedroom has Scandinavian sized single beds with full length mirrored wardrobes, a ceiling fan and safe. The bathroom has a luxury walk-in shower, WC. wash handbasin and bidet.

Minimum rental is one week. Price given above is for two persons. Please add an additional £25 per week if booking for a third person/child. The property is booked from 2 pm on day of arrival until 10 am on day of departure. This is to allow for cleaning and preparation for new guests.

Lanzarote: lies approximately 60 miles off the North West Coast of Africa, making it an all year round sunny climate. From the breathtaking views at the most northern tip of the Island, to the golden sandy beaches of the South, whatever you decide to do, there is something for everyone.
Our accommodation is found on the edge of Puerto Del Carmen resort, which is the largest in Lanzarote and which has beautiful, long sandy beaches. There are also neighbouring resorts of Los Pocillos and Matagorda. Puerto Del Carmen has many local restaurants and shops within walking distance of the apartment. The restaurants cater for all types of cuisine - from the local Spanish food (which is a must to try), to Chinese, Japanese, Tai, Indian, Italian and not forgetting, of course, English food. The only problem is trying to fit them all in before you go home. Close by is the Old Town and picturesque Harbour of Puerto Del Carmen, which is well known for its many fish restaurants. There is also a shopping centre where you can buy leather handbags, perfumes, designer clothes, shoes, etc. Rancho Texas Theme Park is close by. By day there are bird/parrot and sea lion shows. By night there is an all inclusive Country & Western night where you can eat and drink as much as you like. |
