Enter the villa to a large open plan lounge with satellite TV, DVD and stereo, this room also comprises of a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar area. There are three bedrooms, the master bedroom with a large ensuite and two twin bedrooms all bedrooms have ample wardrobe space and fitted with ceiling fans. The main bathroom is located between the twin bedrooms. The pool area is to the rear of the villa at a lower level which is both very private & secure & can be entered from the upper terrace of the villa via a lockable gate. The pool area is spacious and contains a shaded pergola with a surrounding sunbathing area with pool side show, the pool is heated in the winter months. Villa Tanya is located in the centre of Puerto del Carmen with short walk to the beach, popular old town and harbour.
