There are two local beaches are only a two minute taxi ride away or a 20 minute walk. The nearby Europa centre can be reached within just a ten minute stroll where you will find plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, family and children entertainment. The apartment has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, living room with a 3 seater sofa which pulls out to a double bed. A dining room with dining table, open plan kitchen, bathroom with shower. The apartment consists of satellite TV with a selection of English programs, DVD player; stereo system, Zanussi 4 ring electric hob; kettle; toaster; microwave, iron with ironing board and washing machine. A free safe is also provided.

The apartment is located at the very top of the complex close to, and on the same level as the swimming pool situated only a few yards away. From the pool terrace you can enjoy panoramic views down the valley to the new Amadores beach below. Due to its location at the top of the resort there are just a few steps between the apartment pool area and the reception. Access to the apartment is made by entering the complex from the top road by the main reception entrance or at the bottom of the complex next to the car park. A fabulous brand new golf course called Tauro country club is located in the adjacent valley below close to Amadores beach.

A deposit of £80 per weekly stay is required to secure your booking and full payment must be received either by cheque or direct bank transfer no later than 8 weeks before your departure. Any late bookings within 8 weeks of departure will require an instant payment in full to secure the booking. Any cancelations within 8 weeks of departure will lose the paid deposit. Any cancelations within 4 weeks will lose the full amount. Prices are based on 2 adults sharing and extra charges can apply if more than 2. Please ask on enquiry.

Puerto Rico is in the South of Gran Canaria. The resort is ideal for families and couples and is known to be the sunniest location on the island, it is also famous for its beaches as there is Puerto Rico beach and the new Amadores beach with white golden sands & an array of restaurants along the front of the beach. A ferry route runs to Puerto Mogan (30 min) & Arguineguin (20 min) daily and both have a weekly market held on Friday Puerto Mogan & Wednesday in Arguineguin. Puerto Rico, Amadores and the Europa Centre are on a continuous bus link from early morning to night. Buses also run regularly throughout the island. There are two main complexes one is the commercial centre located at the bottom of the resort with plenty of shops, bars, restaurants & duty free shops. The other complex is called the Europa centre which is located at the top of the resort & again boasts plenty of bars, restaurants shops & a large family entertainment complex, also mini golf & a kids play area. |
