The apartment is well situated at the very top of the complex within sub tropical gardens conveniently close to and on the same level as the swimming pool. From the pool terrace you can enjoy panoramic views above the beach and valley below. Puerto Rico is the hottest resort on the island & enjoys almost constant sunshine; temperatures average 26C to 3C summer or winter, making it a perfect destination all year round. A brand new golf course is situated in the adjacent valley close by. The prestigious Amadores beach has all the best facilities including showers, safety deposit boxes, numerous beach bars shops & restaurants. It is within walking distance down the hill or by regular buses or taxi.

The apartment is located at the very top of the complex close to, and on the same level as the swimming pool situated approximately 15 metres away. From the pool terrace you can enjoy panoramic views down the valley to the new Amadores beach below. Due to its location at the very top of the complex very few steps exist between the apartment pool area and the reception. Access to the apartment is made by entering the complex from the top road by the main reception entrance. A fabulous brand new golf course called Tauro country club is located in the adjacent valley below close to Amadores beach. The safe is included and there are no extra charges. We can provide beach towels and we can also arrange a welcome pack on request.

Booking details: Change over day is flexible. To secure a booking a deposit of 50 percent of the total weekly rental amount is required, the final balance is due no later than 8 weeks before departure date. For monthly rentals, one months rent is required as a deposit and one months rent payable in advance.

Golf
The nearest golf course can be found in Tauro, which is a 3 - 4 minute taxi ride away. Not far from the complex you can see the views to the golf course.

Places to visit
Puerto Mogan known locally as Little Venice is a short distance away, it is well worth a visit, especially on friday's busy market day.It's beauty is breathtaking. It can be reached by catching the regular & very popular water bus service from Puerto Rico's marina,or the normal cheap overland bus or taxi service. The old city of Las Palmas is a must to visit if you like to shop at the large department stores, or view the grand old historic architecture, along with it's typical Canarian culture. San Bartolomé de Tirajana in the mouth of a huge crater at the foot of the central massif. These are the highest points of the island: Pozo de las Nieves (1,965m) and Los Pechos (1,961m), from where there is a marvellous view of the scenery of La Galdera de Tirajana, the valleys of Ayacata and Fataga with their villages and the Guanche of Artenara.
