The semi detached house belongs to a quiet and friendly private complex with 3 pools, communal gardens, private tennis court and a private garden belonging to the house which boasts a shaded terrace under a cactus and flamboyan tree. The house has WIFI INTERNET CONNECTION and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom upstairs, toilet and sink downstairs and a newly fitted kitchen and a large renovated terrace upstairs. The views from here take in the spectacular ocean and the famous sand dunes. The house has 2 air conditioning machines which you can move to any room in the house. We welcome all our guests with a bottle of wine and a traditional Canarian 'aperitivo'(aperitif). We also provide leaflets for our clients informing on what there is to do and where to eat on the island. Our aim is to make your holiday stress free!!

The house is situated only minutes away from shops, restaurants and bus stops which take you to the main city, rural areas and the beaches located around the island. The main tourist areas are only 10 mins away such as Playa del Ingles, Puerto RIco and Mogan. The beach of Maspalomas/Meloneras is only a 5 min drive away where there are boutiques, casino, duty free shops and 5 star hotels - this area is very upmarket which boasts international cuisine and bars which are situated on the sea front. The hotels can be seen from the terrace of the house. A nice leisurley walk will take you to Maspalomas where there is an amusement park perfect for keeping the children occupied, here you will find restaurants, bowling alley, arcade and rides for all ages. 10 mins away you will find a park with birds, a pond and a cafe. Located nearby is the main Motorway and roads that take you to the Mountainous central areas of the island. Close to main golf courses in the south of Gran Canaria. |
