Fairway Villa is a spacious and elegant Georgian Style Villa in the upmarket area of Holders Hill in St. James and on the edge of the famous Sandy Lane golf course. It's a short walk down the hill to the beautiful beaches of Paynes Bay on the West Coast and few minutes drive from the pretty Village of Holetown which offers a good selection of restaurants, bars, banks, supermarkets and shops. The Villa is arranged on two floors. The ground floor is an open plan area which conprises of a modern white kitchen with all neccessary appliances, brakfast bar, diner with dining table for 8. lounge with rattan suite and another large sofa. ceiling fans.There is a WC and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier.Two large french doors open from the lounge onto the covered patio and the gardens. The upper floor offers a bird eye view of the Caribbean sea. there are 3 bedrooms all with remote control AC. the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with twin vanity unit; large wardrobes, one queen size bed and one single. White rattan furnishing with bleu and white textiles.
the second bedroom is a queen size double, chaise loungue, large wardrobe.
the 3rd is a twin room with Ac and also ceiling fan. Has lovely rattan seat and is decorated with pastel colour silks.There is a safe deposit box in this room. Family bathroom. There is a swimming pool at the front of the house, shared with another 3 villas, with sitting area and BBQ. The Villa is walled and gated with electronic gates for your security.There are two allocated parking spaces at the front of the house. It's an ideal family house.

Discounts applied with one or two bedrooms occupancy only. Prices are quoted per week in UK sterling or equivalent at current exchange rate in US Dollars or Euros. Extra days will be charged pro rata. Discount can also be offered for long term bookings (Over 1 month). 25% deposit is required to secure bookings. GBP £150 or equivalent in other currency, refundable security deposit is charged with balance. Balance to be paid not later than 8 weeks prior to departure by bank transfer.

Holders Hill is situated on the West Coast Of Barbados in the Parish of St. James. The nearest beaches of Paynes Bay are 10 minutes walk or 3 minutes buy car or bus. Holetown, the nearest Village is aproximately 15 to 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car. Being on top of the hill a car is advised. Fairway Villa is fairly near to the capital Bridgetow. It would take 15 minutes by car or bus. Grantley Adams airport is 40 minutes drive. Taxis to/from the airport are prox. 20 to 25 US $ |

The Village of Holetown is very pretty, it also offers a variety of bars, restaurants, banks, supermarket, duty free and other shops, Post Office,churches, internet access, live music clubs, gym, a new and efficient Medical Center, fruit and vegetables market, and the beaches. Most of the bars offer Happy hours in the afternoon and evening. |

Holders Hill is a very upmarket area. Being on the top of the hill we benefit from a lovely breeze all year round. The famous Sandy Lane Golf Course is just on our doorstep and there are lovely walks around the area which is sorrounded by luscious trpical vegetation. The Polo Field is just 3 minutes walk, and there is also an Open Air Theatre were several concerts are held during the year with famous perfomers. Paynes Bay, the nearest beaches are some of the best of the island, where also the most luxurious hotels of Barbados are situated. Paynes Bay offers bars, Restaurants, food take away, fish market, shops. |

The flight from London To Barbados is approximately 8 hours. The time change is 5 hours back from GMT. The currency is Barbados Dollar. US Dollars are accepted in shops. THe local banks give very good exchange rate of Uk pound, US dollar and Euro, so there is no need for you to change your money before travelling.

A good variety of bars and restaurants are available both on the West coast and South Coast. There are many night Clubs in Barbados and also open air live music bars. First Street is a local area popular at week ends. St. Laurance Gap also offers many bars, Clubs and restaurant. St Lucy fish market is popular on friday nights. Try Calabaza in Fitt's Village for a romantic evening. Music is everywhere in Barbados, you just have to ask the local people what's going on at that particular time to be pointed out to the right direction.

Speighstown is a typical old fisherman Village with a lot of caracter worth visiting.
Harrison's Caves very interesting to find out the formation of the island and visit the underground caves.
There is a Wildlife Park at 20 minutes drive a must for the children.
Farly Hill park. Granade Hall Signal Station.
North Point where the calm water of thye Caribbean Sea meets the rough Atlantic.
