Haus SchnAlps has a beautiful breakfast room which can be used in the daytime and evenings also as well as a small lounge with TV, DVD, video, play station , books and games.

Kitchen Facilities:

The studio apartment has a galley kitchen with fridge, full size dishwasher, combination microwave / conventional oven and a 2 ring hob.

Outside:

Leading off the breakfast room is a sun terrace with tables and chairs in the summer.

A typical Austrian styled breakfast room including a Kachelofen wood burning storage heater and a Gaste Kuhlschrank (guest fridge) which is stocked with beer, wines and soft drinks.

A sun terrace leads off the Breakfast room.

All rooms have access to high speed internet.

Holiday Cancellation Policy:

If you have to cancel a confirmed booking, then the charge for the
cancellation is on the following scale:

1) Cancellation received more than 8 weeks before commencement of the
holiday - Loss of deposit paid

2) Cancellation received between 4 and 8 weeks prior to commencement of the
holiday - 50% of total holiday cost

3) Cancellation received less than 4 weeks prior to commencement of the
holiday - 100% of total holiday cost.

Reasonable priced car hire is available from all airports and is best booked at least 72 hours in advance.

Skiing

There are 7 marked cross country trails around Filzmoos including the Rossbrand High alpine trail (there is also a winter walking trail) at 1700m that is accessible from the top of the Papageno gondola lift.

Filzmoos itself has 8 lifts, 5 drag lifts, 2 chairlifts and a Gondola.

There are 17 ski runs in Filzmoos with 10 blue , 6 red and 1 black.

Filzmoos is ideally suited to beginners and families with the nursery slopes coming right into the village.

Intermediates are well served with the Grossberg 4 man chair lift and the Papageno bubble lift. It is possible to ski from the Geierberg T bar near Haus Schnalps into Filzmoos and back again. (or you can catch the ski bus from the Geierberg T Bar).

There are 4 ski and board rental shops in Filzmoos.
